biopolymer compounds I made to degrade

All biopolymer compounds are bio-based, biodegradable or both.
nature2need biopolymer compounds are either naturally biodegradable in all conditions (e.g. landfill, soil, maritime environments) or compostable in controlled conditions (e.g. industrial compost).
They are labelled with “Made to Degrade”.
If required, we can tailor and customize our material grades to your requirements.

Bioblend grades are biopolymer compounds significantly blended with mineral fillers.
Bioblend L grades are developed for rigid injection molding applications. The grades can be crystallised/annealed in order to have the final part heat-stable at temperatures up to 110°C. Bioblend LT grades are compostable/biodegradable in controlled conditions (e.g. industrial compost) according EN 13432 and ASTM D6400.

for example, Bioblend LT25B
Bioblend B grades are developed for general purpose injection molded application. The grades are naturally high heat-stable at temperatures up to 100°C. Bioblend BT grades are naturally biodegradable in all conditions.

for example, Bioblend BT25B

Spectabio grades are biopolymer compounds significantly reinforced with natural fibers.
Spectabio L grades are developed for rigid injection molding applications with a moderate to thick wall-thickness. Parts molded with Spectabio L grades have a sturdy look & feel. The compound is compostble/biodegradable in controlled conditions.

for example, Spectabio LB30MB
Spectabio T grades are developed for balanced to flexible injection molding applications where a maximum filler content of natural fibers (e.g. up to 45 weight-%) is required. The grades are naturally biodegradable in all conditions.

for example, Spectabio TR45MB

Natureblend grades are different biopolymers blended to meet customer requirements.
Natureblend L grades are designed to be completely compostable/biodegradable (microbial and enzymatic degradation) in controlled disposal conditions (e.g. industrial compost). The grade offers a significant reduction in carbon footprint compared to fossil-based plastics.
Natureblend grades can be semi-transparent.
